Bring the communication you actually need to control

The useful conversation starts with the business event, not the technology. Tell us which kind of request creates risk where you are: supplier bank-account changes, payment instructions, executive requests, contracts and mandates, payroll changes, closing instructions.

01

Four things worth covering

The request — what is someone asking another person to do? The consequence — what happens if the recipient acts on one nobody authorised? The current control — how is the request verified today? And the missing evidence — what can your existing controls tell you, and what can they not establish? That last question is usually where this model becomes relevant, or does not.

No exaggerated promises, from the first exchange

A serious security conversation carries its limits from the beginning. We distinguish what is established, what is specified, what is being tested, and what remains future work — and we say which is which without being asked. The objective is not to be trusted blindly; it is to find out whether this model gives you something for a real decision.

The question to bring

You do not need a technical specification to start. Bring the request that keeps your finance or security team awake: how do we know this particular instruction was actually authorised?

Talk to our team

We are looking for a small number of pilot organisations with many suppliers and real exposure. If that is you, the fastest conversation starts with what you are actually afraid of.

We use what you write here to answer you. Nothing else — no tracking, no advertising, no resale. Say as little as you like.
